Hirfa Academy provides online courses, training programs, and digital certifications. Certificates are issued only after completion of the applicable requirements.

By purchasing, you confirm that all information provided (including name, email, and date of birth) is accurate and complete.

3. Payments

All payments are one-time and processed in USD. Access to services and certificate issuance is contingent upon successful payment.

4. Certificate Issuance

Certificates are delivered digitally in PDF format via email after successful completion of course requirements and any applicable review process.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate personal information
• Use certificates lawfully and not misrepresent qualifications
• Ensure correct email details at the time of purchase

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials and certificates remain the intellectual property of HIRFA LLC and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.

HIRFA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its services.
