All certificates are delivered electronically via email in PDF format.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Most orders are delivered within 60 seconds of payment confirmation
• In rare cases, delivery may take up to 1 hour

3. Manual Review

Certain orders may require verification before certificate issuance to ensure accuracy and compliance.

4. Failed Delivery

If a certificate is not received within 1 hour:

• Users must contact support
• Delivery will be reprocessed after verification

5. Customer Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Providing a valid and correct email address
• Checking spam/junk folders before reporting issues
