Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Contact us at support@hirfa.academy with your order email and we will process your refund within 48 hours.

If a user enters an incorrect email address, they must contact support promptly. Delivery will be reprocessed upon verification.

4. Delivery Issues

If a certificate is not received, the user must contact support. Claims of non-receipt will be investigated and resolved accordingly.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe back to the original payment method.
